房間基本滿意，被子枕頭挺舒服的，晚上睡見很安靜。就是淋浴房沒有擋板，水會四濺，泳池除了游泳外，令人驚訝的是，晚上可以遠眺燈火璀璨科倫坡夜景，值得！早餐相當不錯，品種較多。這裏去科倫坡所有景點都很方便。值得推薦住宿一到兩天的遊客入住。

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is okey, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor, which was a thoughtful gesture and made our stay feel a bit more special. The amenities are decent, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, which we enjoyed. However, service could be improved — after finishing breakfast, we wanted to have a coffee from the machine, but were informed that it would be charged extra, even though breakfast was included in our booking. This felt a bit disappointing and could have been handled more thoughtfully. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with a convenient location and nice touches, but there’s room for improvement in terms of service consistency.

It's a great stay , the best part is walking distance to top attractions from hotel and you can also enjoy the roof top bar on 26th floor and see Colombo city on top just like can see from lotus tower.. Some pictures from rooftop BAR of Cinnamon hotel

Fabulous hotel with rooftop pool. Room was huge and had great comfortable king bed. Floor to ceiling windows gave amazing views. Staff were excellent. Walkable to temple and lake. Breakfast had a tremendous variety but a bit chaotic.

Review of Cinnamon Red Hotel, Colombo I stayed at Cinnamon Red Hotel in Colombo from 14th to 18th August, and overall, it was a wonderful experience that combined comfort, convenience, and modern design. Location The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Colombo, making it easy to get around the city. Many attractions, shops, and cultural landmarks are just a short drive away, which made exploring stress-free. Rooms & Comfort The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a stylish, modern touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the large windows offered an excellent view of the city skyline. It was a relaxing space to return to after a day out. Service The staff were welcoming, efficient, and attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly, and any requests were quickly taken care of with professionalism. Overall Experience Cinnamon Red is a stylish and modern hotel that offers excellent value. It delivers the quality and comfort of a premium stay while keeping things relaxed and accessible. I would definitely recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for a convenient base in Colombo.

這間酒店給我留下了最差的斯里蘭卡之行體驗。第一，到酒店門口，服務沒有，不像其它酒店那樣幫忙拿行李。第二，酒店設施老化嚴重。第三，不明原因的罰金，這個太可怕了，國人如果訂這間酒店一定要問好他們的條款。我在這間酒店被罰了58美金。第四，酒店人員很不友好，他們竟然敢把我房門的鎖鏈拆開，強行進入房間。

I had a wonderful experience staying at Cinnamon Red Colombo with my family this August. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and offered stunning views of the city. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The rooftop pool was a highlight for the whole family — the view from the top is absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, catering to different tastes, and the food quality was consistently excellent. The location is another plus — centrally situated, making it easy to explore Colombo’s key attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, Cinnamon Red provided a perfect balance of comfort, service, and value. We left with great memories and would definitely choose it again for future visits.
