food is always not on time and sometimes not available, please don't include breakfast in your package, waste of money if added

breakfast option is only limited though they charged it. room is spacious. staff is gpod. overall hotel sray is average.

cleanliness is poor, no food facilities available till evening 7.30 pm not even tea. room has broken table, bathroom accessories were broken. room size is good but ceiling were peeled off...not good experience...ok ok

The hotel did not correspond to the pictures at all and therefore we cannot recommend the hotel. The furnishings are old, worn, unhygienic, dirty, and insects crawl across the bed and the floor. The “please do not disturb” sign was happily ignored by the staff and they knocked anyway. Even after saying “no” several times, the same question would be asked again and again.

rooms are neat and clean staff is good near to very beach parking place available, restaurant is normal

The AC in my room was not functional and also the phone. While in the other room the fridge was not working. The room cleanliness and the linen cleanliness can be improved. The staff was good and very helpful especially to address these issues.

property looks good and is at a walking distance from colva beach, the problem with the property is that no proper cleanliness and cockroaches were there on the tables even on the bed and washroom. Hygiene is a concern.

The room that they have allotted on the 1st day of checkin was terrible. Filled with cockroaches, dirty bedsheets and pillow covers, stinking bathroom with no hot water, broken ac and what not. On complaint they refused to change the room on the same day but agree to change on the second day, after that on the second day 11 am they changed the room which was slightly better and we could stay in that hotel. No food service, even they don't have intercom facility so that we can ask for water or anything necessary. We have to call on the mobile number or have to go to the reception again and again to ask to bring something in the room. Somehow we just manage to stay there and i never recommend this hotel to anyone.
