Hotel molto grande gestito egregiamente. Vista dalla camera molto bella. Arredo classico. Colazione con ampie scelte di qualità. Purtroppo il parcheggio non è incluso (24 € al giorno).

Location is good. But that’s there is to it. Service and hospitality is very rundown since the hotel can be sold itself.  Very touristy. Not for romantic getaway. Average 3 star hotel, not worth the money.

酒店床還挺舒服，位置非常好。在坐船的港口中間。加床一晚50歐，出去的時候床鋪好了，復古風很濃，酒店早餐廳可以看到湖景，也很漂亮。

部屋が広くて清潔でした。フロントの方がレンタルサイクルショップの場所を印刷してくれたり、バーの方が快くワインオープナーを貸してくださったり、サービスも良かったです。目の前のカフェで15パーセントオフになります。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance. Highly recommended!💗😍

Amazing staff and the hotel is so beautiful.great location, central to everything. Funicular is just 2 mins away and the station is just next turn. Located just overlooking the beautiful lake como. A must visit to this place and hotel try and book the room facing the lake. Unfortunately when we tried it was completely full. Breakfast is really good and all staff were extremely courteous. Loved loved loved it

一早趕遊船出去玩check out寄存了行李，但是lv圍巾落在房間，下午玩回去找就各種找不到了… 前台配合找了很多地方，但是我明白記得早上整理時在房間將圍巾單獨拿出來因為準備遊玩時用！十有八九就是被後來整理客房服務員拿走了沒有上交！要求調監控説衹能報警叫警察才能看，行程不允許就沒折騰

外觀豪華，內部房間倒不是很大，18平米，洗手間連那個意大利常見的沖洗池也沒有，帶的是淋浴間。但特地選了湖景房風景很好，對面就是碼頭，周邊餐廳多。

My daughter and I had a splendid stay at the Palace Hotel Lake Como, which is a historic and elegant property on the lakefront. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beautiful Como Cathedral and the charming old town. Our room was cozy and well-appointed, with an open and lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and varied, even with smoked salmon for breakfast, coffee was excellent. The staff was courteous and attentive, and made us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing vacation in Como!
