The room & hotel itself were nice and comfortable, however there was no sound proofing at all in the room. I could hear the adjacent rooms (TV, sneezes, coughing, children screaming etc.) as well as people in the hallway the entire evening and morning. It ruined what would have been a great stay!

A very inviting and calming place to stay. The staff, especially the ladies at reception, were pleasant, happy and explained the hotel and amenities extremely well.

I got checked into a room which already had a guest in it. The desk clerk, all be a bit flustered, and sorted it out. After departure, my credit card was charged for another guests room service dinner. After having to prove that I didn’t stay in the room they thought I did, as well as prove that the signature, which didn’t look anything like mine, wasn’t mine and that I wasn’t even checked in at the hotel when the room service order was placed, I received the money back. Due to this, I doubt I will be back & I had stayed there plenty of times. The room is a bit tired, but was clean.

Nous avons passé la nuit de la Saint Valentin pour nos 3ans avec ma copine J'avais donc demandé s'il y avait possibilité de faire un geste romantique dans la chambre et le résultat était là Des serviettes en forme de cygnes qui s'embrasse était posé sur le lit avec une bouteille de vin blanc pétillant Merci pour cette nuit
