Aseo, desayuno y recepcion bien. En viajes anteriores me emiten factura, en esta cadena no, solo por el IVA que cobran además allá, ese si dan factura. Por lo que pagas en la app no. Lo comento porque podrían indicar que el iva se paga además allá si cuando hice la reserva dice "iva incluido". Además indicar que factura la emiten por un monto totalmente inferior

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and attentive. . The breakfast selection was good, though there’s room for improvement with the variety. Location-wise, it’s convenient and close to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. A few minor issues here and there, but nothing that really impacted the experience. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a good value stay.

Decir que tiene lo minimo es mucho, ni siquiera un vaso en la habitación. Son tan pequeñas que a penas pasa la maleta pr el pasillo

Servicio de personal de hotel bueno, el desayuno completo. La pieza era funcional, pero presentaba varios desperfectos como ventana termopanel se filtraba el aire, los sellos de la ducha con hongos, el plafón y varios artefactos del baño sueltos. Se sugiere realizar reparaciones, ya que no son mayores y con eso podría entregar un mejor servicio.
