We were a little reticent about our choice having read some of the 永安Advisor reviews however we were exceptionally pleasantly surprised. Not only was our check-in available when we arrived at the hotel ahead of time but the room was well appointed, clean and really comfortable. The pool area as well kept and well attended, same with the adjacent Private beach area as well. There were free to use loungers and umbrellas down on the beach area which is a really lovely sheltered Cove and perfect for swimming and snorkelling.  There are some areas of the exterior of the property which could benefit from some attention but this is on the exterior of the building itself and in no way impacts on the fab stay experience. Fantastic value and a great experience. 100pc recommend and we would love to return with our kids.

The room service is not good, the floor with coffee splash is not cleaned while the bath towels replaced. The laundry is a headache, no coins available and I waited for 40 minutes but the person responsible for the coin exchange is nowhere, and finally the manager  exchanged some coins for me somewhere else. The location is good and easily go to to the old San Juan and airport, many restaurants nearby and gift store options.
