I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in a row for a business 永安. The worst experience was with the receptionist, who was rude upon my arrival at the hotel at 12 p.m. He told me I would have to wait until 2–3 p.m. before I could check in. Meanwhile, I noticed a group of three who had just arrived immediately received their room keys. He also told me to simply leave my luggage in the corner of the lobby, without escorting me to a proper storage room. After walking around the neighborhood and returning to the hotel at 2 p.m., he reiterated that the check-in time was actually 3 p.m. I questioned his decision-making, since I saw others being admitted to their rooms and collecting luggage from a storage room. As a person of Asian appearance, I also asked him whether his decision was discriminatory, and why my room was not ready at the standard check-in time of 2 p.m. Eventually, he set up a room for me and claimed he was upgrading me from a studio to an apartment. However, his rudeness had already ruined my day. Additionally, there was no wifi in the room. The amenities in the room were worn out. The toilet smelt really bad. The air conditioning did not work well at night—during my five-night stay, I woke up at 2 a.m. every night because the AC would suddenly stop working for no apparent reason.

We booked these apartments very late as we had been let down by our original booking close by. We knew the area and beach so we had no issues there. Some in line reviews were poor but never the less we went ahead as sometimes reviews are unfair or don’t reflect the hotel. We arrived late in the evening and we were treated at reception - given our key and we found our way to the room The room was great and the views were super. The hotel bar is reasonably priced and the food that we tried was great value. A massive bonus is the beach and also the proximity to our favourite restaurant PORTO ANTICO which is a very short walk from the hotel. Legends bar is opposite a s a lot of fun the bus stop is in the hotel car park - regular and great value. We were very well looked after by all the staff and the apartment was serviced regularly. As with other reviewers the hotel decor is dated but this did not affect our stay. I would advise taking a multi plug extension as modern living needs chargers etc.

Excelente ubicación. A la salida del patio en donde se encuentra la pileta se encuentra la playa Laorou Muy buena opción de cenas dentro del hotel. Cuenta con un minimarket interno. A su vez se encuentran restoranes y tiendas de alquiler de vehículos a 80 mts de distancia. Opción de restoranes.
