Our stay was overall a pleasant stay. The ladies at reception very polite and helpful. The television in our room was broken and within 10 minutes of alerting staff we were moved to another room where the television was working. The concierge went out in awful weather conditions and collected a Chinese takeaway for us. Nothing was too much effort.

We had such a lovely stay. The staff there were so friendly and made a real effort to make it special for my mother's birthday especially the receptonist and June who served us our breakfast..

Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then. Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him. Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.
