The hotel offers free parking, which is very convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service. I stayed for two nights and reminded the staff to arrange housekeeping for my room. They assured me it would be done, but when I returned in the evening, nothing had been cleaned. It was an awkward experience and showed a lack of professionalism.

The place was really lovely — just a few minutes from where we were going. The only issue we had was that the room we were initially given wasn’t great; it was dirty. I went to the reception to let them know, and within a few minutes, we were given a clean room. Overall, it was a pleasant experience

The room was great; it had all the basics. However, the lift feels like it needs some maintenance. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. If you book directly, you can get free parking; otherwise, it’s £5 per day. They offer free apples and water in the lobby, but I wish they would keep the apples topped up, as some of them were bruised and looked old.

臨時預訂的諾富特酒店，離客戶很近。 酒店設施較新，房間也比較大。早餐豐富，服務也很不錯。就是相對有點偏僻，商務出差聽適合。

Th Hotel is reasonably priced, the breakfast is decent, and the Evening menu is also very wide ranging. I had the Burger which was excellent. The wifi i found to be abit disappointing it was very weak. I would stay again all being said.

很不乾淨，到處都是黴點，，洗澡的時候發現黑色的東西，馬桶蓋上也有污漬。還沒到退房的時候就被催着退房，很差勁！

Efficient for the check-in , £5 was paid for the parking. It was easy for the drivers to find the actual location on the map, therefore I would say it is convenient to reach. What I like about the room is that the design of the room is reasonable and fully functional. The mattress was a bit hard but it is fine for me. Besides, it is seldom to see that the stool is separated from the shower, which is quite considerable. We enjoyed the stay.

Have stayed here several times before. Public areas have had a revamp, bedrooms have also had one. Nice clean and fresh only negative was cigarette burns on carpet… obviously not the hotels fault, but other guests who can’t be bothered to go outside and smoke! All in all would recommend this hotel.
