Beware of hidden charges! They charged us £5 extra for parking because we booked through 永安, they claimed it was a travel agent and therefore chargeable. Where I booked it said parking included. Also I had pets with me, despite the 2 routes I went through while booking both said pets welcome, no mention of £15 extra PER pet not room. Every other hotel and I travel with pets a lot always says how much or additional charge may be applicable. Nothing on this one and they are putting it up to £20 per pet. I showed the way I booked and even checked it out, no mention of a charge. He showed me 3 ways it does through the Wyndham site. Like I am going to go through that because I know who their parent company is🤷. I was stuck over a barrel very tired and nowhere to go so had to pay. However normally I wouldn't, it's wrong, false advertising by commission and I will never use them again. Someone else who used a different method to book was getting a £5 parking charge too, they weren't happy either.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room was dirty, outdated, and smelled unpleasant – nothing like the pictures online. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and the facilities were run-down. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no professionalism at all. The noise from outside made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Wi-Fi was practically unusable, and to make things worse, parking comes with an extra charge – a total rip-off! I have traveled for many years, and this is by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Do not be fooled by the photos or description. Definitely not worth the money, and I will never return! 我在這家酒店的體驗簡直糟糕透頂。房間又髒又舊，床品有異味，根本不像宣傳照片。衞生間清潔不到位，設施老化。前台服務態度冷漠敷衍，完全沒有一點專業性，讓人感覺不受尊重。酒店周邊噪音很大，根本無法好好休息。Wi-Fi 信號極差，幾乎無法使用。停車還要額外收費，性價比極低。我出差/旅行這麼多年，從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店。奉勸大家慎重考慮，不要被它的照片和描述所欺騙。完全不值得，絕對不會再來！訂了兩晚，直接第二晚不住就離開了，太垃圾了！前台那個態度極差，名字叫Nikki

When we arrived at the hotel that I’ve found out that none of the rooms (booked 4 rooms) we’ve booked had AC. I had queried with the staff and apparently none of their rooms has AC. She said they did escalate to this to 永安 as on their website advertised that the hotel have AC. They had a fan but not very good. Asked for spare one but they couldn’t provide. :( For parking, per night £5 which is not mentioned on 永安. But the rooms were clean, staff are friendly.

Basic but very clean and comfortable. We requested a quiet room and were given a room at the end of the building. Location is obviously not quiet but very convenient for anybody wanting just an easy stopover point on a long journey.

This hotel was average. The room was clean but lacked any special amenities or decor that would make it stand out. The staff were polite but seemed indifferent to guests' needs. Overall, the experience was satisfactory but not memorable.

We enjoy coming to this location. It is out of the way, which gives us some good 'personal' time, we always have a warm welcome and there are plenty of facilities nearby. Two points that you may wish to address are the prices in the service station food area. (1) Can hotel guests not have a discount voucher as we aren't the 'transient' customer the services are priced to provide for. (2) To get to/from Nuneaton/Coventry means there is a long circuitous route around the M6 in one direction (or the other); depending which side we park on. Is it not possible to allow hotel guests permission to use you "secret" access road directly to the adjacent bridge over the M6, rather than needing a 15 mile round 永安 to get anywhere?
