Great location but hotel outdated but friendly staff

Biggest issues. Price paid far in excess of others on same 永安, duration and meals. In fact the cheaper deals got bottle and late check out thrown in. Breakfasts inconsistent. Leisure however is appalling...A broken jacuzzi now called a Japanese Bath .. hygiene questionable given water appears static yet used continuously. Reason given being ability too take it whilst same barrier for getting new one in...where there's a will there's a way and some UPVC team would soon sort it. Insufficient chairs to chill on...5 I think. Changing area needs complete revamp. Wants knocking down and starting again. Once was enough.

Lovely stay in big room with a comfy huge bed although the room was a little dated still lovely stay was had .. used the pool etc . helpful staff amazing breakfast.

It was a spacious room, nice and comfortable mattress. Although it is next to the main road, it was quiet at night. Lovely view to the back, they call it river view. It is a cannel where had a lot of ducks, geese and swan swimming up and down. A good place to stay.
