booked to assist with traveling to airport the next day but wish i saved the money and just stayed at the airport overnight. no towels provided for shower, nobody on front desk, nobody answeing phones or emails to my name change so just had to chance they would allow me to stay after a 20 min uphill walk. just dont bother honestly. its meant to be a budget hotel but the rooms are still 50 quid a night for an indian operated and terrible stay

1、酒店被印度人包了，衹有一個打掃衞生的印度大爺，把房間和走廊噴滿了空氣清新劑，嗆的嗓子疼！我去找人問，工作人員説：你聞着不舒服就出去！！ 2、住了兩週，大半夜被幾個黑人砸門，應該是喝多了。砸了半天沒人理，就拿酒瓶砸。 3、其中一晚，凌晨3點，3個警察敲門，告訴我這個酒店剛剛有人報警，説剛才這個酒店有暴力事件，我直接整晚都沒睡！ 4、預訂圖片和實際照片完全不符！

The hotel is ok but very tired, the room itself was good, clean, very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I was disappointed to have no one on site when I arrived. I received instructions on how to use the entry panel by email. This did work but for a woman on her own to know that I am entering a hotel late evening in the middle of a housing estate with no attendant on site was worrying to say the least.

Convenient for Gatwick airport but on arrival the hotel at first would only accept cash and then eventually took card, which I found strange. There was also a strange smell around the hotel but the room was relatively spacious and clean for the price

Their front desk closed at 22:30 and I was unable to check-in. Ended up having to book another hotel as I had a layover from Shanghai to Montréal.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly place near Gatwick airport, it’s a great place. They have all the basic amenities and friendly staff. It’s quite deep in the heart of a residential area so it’s advisable only if you drive.
