There’s a baby alpaca that works in the courtyard! The hotel is nice and clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The only drawback is it’s slightly further from the main square, but it’s not too bad if you enjoy strolling through the city. The location is closer to the more local part of Cusco so the restaurants nearby have more Peruvian fare, highly recommend!
I have been scammed here! Be aware and if you are looking for a luxurious experience this is far from that concept. I paid for the highest category with the highest price, and I ended up finding out that the category I paid for, doesn’t exist and it was just a trap to take the money from people, there is no difference between categories. I paid for “ the Palace Suite” and that was my view and I barely fit in my bed. The hotel is a scam.

not in the centre of Cusco but close enough, 5-10mins to main square. we left our luggage at hotel when we went to Machu Picchu and when we got back was already waiting for us in our reserved room. decent size bed/ room, bath room but small and the fan is cold in winter as it blows directly to the shower/tun. But generally good service. breakfast was also decent, although they seemed understaffed at the restaurant

Outstanding hotel. Excellent facility and friendly helpful staff. Great included breakfast. Wife needed oxygen first night which was much appreciated and free.Move from sea level to 10,000 ft can be troublesome especially with exercise.

I love the hospitality of their staffs. Alfredo is really great and informative receptionist. I had Walter escorted me to my room and tell the details about the hotel and the nearby kusikancha which I can see from the rooftop windows. It is in walking distance from every historical sites. The oxygen supplement and coca tea just in case you suffer the altitude sickness, luckily I haven't used it.
