Economical so the rooms are small with small washroom, no heaters but the location is awesome. Just 2 minutes walk to Plaza de Armas, lots of massage centres, cafes,stores, pharmacies, the famous streets are just at the end of the road from hotel..

9月のクスコは朝晩はとても冷え込むため、エアコンのあるホテルを必須で選びました。また、オールインクルーシブの記載でしたので、この金額は安いと思いました。チェックインすると、オールインクルーシブの記載は間違いで、部屋に通されると、ベッドは2つありましたが、ベッドメイクは一人分しかされておらず、目の前でメイキングを始めるしまつ。エアコンすらなく、熱いお湯も出ず、浴室の上は窓がなく、そのまま外気が入ってきます。部屋によっては、エアコンはあるようですが、22號室は最悪です。震えながら布団で過ごし、體調不良をきしました。この事に対し、ホテル側からはなんの謝罪もなく、クレームした事に怒り、チェックアウトの際にはありがとうの言葉もありませんでした。ただ、アメリカスタイルの朝食は普通ではありますが、対応した女性がとても感じが良かった事だけが、救いです。

My experience at Andean Dreams Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I traveled to Machu Picchu, which was such a huge help and truly appreciated. The cozy atmosphere was made even better by their thoughtful touch of offering tea available all day — perfect for keeping warm after long days exploring the Andes. It felt like a little home away from home. If you want a place with genuine kindness, helpful service, and cozy comforts in a beautiful setting, Andean Dreams is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

It's a very nice hotel. Excellent location, delicious breakfast. They helped me visit all the sights of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, provided an inexpensive transfer to Machu Picchu, and suggested currency exchange offices with the best exchange rate. I highly recommend the hotel.

Staying at Hotel Andian Dream was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a picturesque location, the hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms are well-appointed and provide stunning views, making it a serene getaway. A special shout-out to Rocio, the receptionist and tour seller, who truly made our stay remarkable. Her warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for our visit. Rocio went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, from check-in to recommending local tours that perfectly matched our interests.
