I recently stayed at the Deluxe Mutiara Ville in Cyberjaya and booked the Standard Double Room. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, basic toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi, which made the stay more convenient. The location is strategic, close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from the heart of Cyberjaya. The building itself felt secure with good security measures in place. Self check-in was provided, but the instructions could have been clearer. The process felt a bit hasty and lacked proper guidance — especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the building or its layout. One highlight was the building’s facilities – especially the swimming pool. which were clean and not too crowded. Great for a quick relaxation session. In summary, this place is a good budget-friendly option with a great location, but keep in mind the shared bathroom setup and limited parking. I’d recommend it for short stays or solo travelers who don’t mind a few compromises.

Worst stay ever. The owner is rude, uses bad language, and has zero respect for guests. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments booked through this app, but this has been by far the worst experience. The owner of this property clearly has no understanding of customer service. Instead of being helpful, he speaks rudely and uses inappropriate words. Once the booking was confirmed, I was forced to keep checking my phone constantly just to deal with his endless demands, which ruined the 永安 experience. To make matters worse, although I booked through the app, suddenly a third party was involved in handling the booking. This was never made clear upfront and created even more confusion. It feels dishonest. and shockingly, there are CCTV cameras inside the house. This is not only unprofessional but feels unsafe and invasive. I’ve used this app for many 永安s and never had such a terrible experience. Please avoid this property at all costs. Don’t waste your time, money, or peace of mind here.

This is my first time trying to book online and this place made it a lot easier for me, the strategic location makes it easy for me to go to other areas in Putrajaya, easy to check in and check out, complete and clear guidelines, fast reply, reasonable prices but a comfortable and quiet area.

My 1st time staying here with my son. Affordable price for 2 nights. Chose this apartment because it's near to Hospital Putrajaya, visiting my niece warded there. Although the house looks like it's suitable for students not for family. I upgraded my room to a room with bathroom because the room with shared bathroom had no windows. There's a cctv in the living room area. There's also a mamak's restaurant near by if you want to eat before going back home. Overall it's ok because we only come back at night to sleep but not recommended for family.

I have booked this room for my friend, but because of my bad experience I told him not to come and book another hotel. So actually I paid for this room, but I didn’t check-in Not a good experience at all.

Bad experience.. I booked this homestay. I reached there but no body received my call or message and security persons call and message also.. I returned back and booked another hotel. My refund still pending with the homestay owner.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very helpful throughout my stay. My room was comfortable, although the door lock was a bit loose and needed replacement, which I hope gets addressed soon. There is shared bathroom well-maintained, but for those who prefer more privacy, I recommend booking the deluxe double bedroom with a private bathroom. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.
