1st booking the executive lofts dapat suites F2-15-0* , keadaan dlm rumah tu tak bersih , berhabuk dan tak seperti dlm gambar pun . Katanya randomly dpt tapi tak pernah lagi la booking mna2 , gmbar tak sama dgn apa yg kita dapat . Lepas complain , customer service bagi tukar suites so dapat dekat Hyve Soho Suites pulak , better laa jgk , bersih , ada mesin basuh seperti dlm gmbar dan puas hati berbanding dpt yg first tu . 5 gambar pertama yg the lofts tu ,gambar ke 6 gambar the lofts ambil dari 永安 and gmbar last suites baru iaity hyve soho .

Every single hour to late check out or early check in is chargable! Min amenities. The instruction to get the key is so frustrating, even w vide or picture they are not really helping. The telephonist is blurred and not really understand the issue. Not really encouraged to stay here.

1. There is cockroach in the room 🤢 2. So confused to find the mailbox room and no instructions where to find our room. Got to explore by ourselves which took us about an hour, just to find the correct lift.

Номера не соответствовали картинке. Вроде бронировал один, приезжаю в другой. Был очень шумный номер, просил переехать. Переехала ещё более шумный номер. Попросил вернуть деньги. Очень тяжело возвращали, помогла только техподдержка трипком. В итоге заселили меня на одну ночь вообще в другом месте.
