The staff was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was spotless and well-maintained". The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the city center.

Fire alarm trigger at around 11.30pm Sept 13 2025. Thefe is no announcement what happened and guest walk out from the hotel building by themself. Some floor the emergency exit without lighting and in dark. This endanger the guest that trying to escape from the building. Hotel should have Emergency Response Team to handle firealarm that trigger today. Understand from the staff that its trigger by someone smoke in the room when asked. Hotel should have proper communicated to the guest on what have happen and to ensure guest comfortable to continue their stay.

The room is quite thirty. Aircon has no service for long time. The technician has tried to clean the aircon but after cleaning the aircon, i still can not sleep well. The location is good and has mall to shopping. Hope the management will be improved

overall its good stay, you will find everything near to hotel, lift access to shopping mall, walking distance to good restaurants. Our room was on 12 floors so had great view. But make sure you communicate with front staff while checking in or while you want to park your car. They will help you only if you ask them else they wont give all information about parking.

When booking accommodation while traveling, it's important to check the type of property, the landlord's communication methods, and their language skills in advance. Next time, you can pay more attention to the reviews and details on the platform, and try to choose a place where communication is guaranteed to avoid similar problems. If you booked through a platform, you can also try contacting the platform's customer service for assistance to protect your rights. Hope the rest of your 永安 goes smoothly~

Bilik selesa, cuma kebersihan bilik tu agak kurang. Kipas dengan frame dalam bilik berhabuk. Lantai bilik air tu rasa cleaner tak sental sebab masa check out, nampak cleaner berbangsa asing lelaki cuma mop je. Apa pun kalau untuk short stay untuk kerja ok jee. Gambar tak amek. Boleh improve rasa nya dari segi kebersihan. Parking multiple entry RM5.

Staff sangat friendly. Sebelum datang call tya nak parking mana. Request wheelchair oldiest dlm TRIP.com. Staff ckp P1 tapi kena berebut dgn customers mall. Bila check in check out pun cepat. Bg bilik dekat dgn lif 🤲🏻 cuma cleaner bukan warga negara. Ckp cam ayam dgn itik la. Tapi dia lyn ok senyum jer 🤣🤭 boleh dtg lg utk healing. Mall bawah hotel sng. Variety of food. Shopping mall. Cinema. Kids nak main game pun ada. *Sorry makcik x suka ambil gmbr sgt. Jiran shopping utk cucunda. Snap nak bgtaw xtvt mak dia 😁🤭 bantal pemanas tu biasa la makcik guna. 🤣*
