昨天入住5點，很驚訝 房間沒有收拾好，亂七八糟，是我叫清潔工來收拾的，沒有一次性拖鞋 牙刷 水 吹風筒，沒得洗頭哈哈，幸好我衹是住一夜。房間有點説不出奇怪的恐怖感 下次還是花多一些錢住點正常的酒店吧～～對了，打電話很多次前台沒有人接的。

Just needed a quick stay for work around this area. The bed was comfortable, but it rained at night and by early morning I woke up to the sound of water dripping from a leaking ceiling. Fortunately, it wasn’t over the bed.

The room are very neat. There are shared iron and Coway outside the room. Location wise, nearby restaurants like Muslim Chinese Food, Mamak. Just in walking distant. Have parking will be charge like RM1-RM5, I cant remember the exact amount. The hotel, you need to park in front of the shop parking lot, and need to walk at the back alley to reach the lift to the room. For me, quite confortable and decent for solo traveler. Price are reasonable as well.

Hotel is disappointing to look at.. But the bed is so comfy and clean, and the air air con is cold. Despite the room is not sound proof at all, I had 3 very good night sleeps. Plus it is within walking distance to a nice shopping mall, food all near and two lakes.

Had a short but pleasant stay at Swing & Pillows in Cyberjaya recently. The room was compact but cozy, perfect for a simple rest. Everything was clean, the aircon worked well, and the bed was comfy enough for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to D’Pulze Mall, restaurants, and convenience stores. Paid parking are available. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great pick if you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place for a night or two. No frills, no fuss, just a quiet stay and a soft pillow to rest on. 😊

hotel selesa, mudah cari, bilik ok cuma tilam keras rasa spring, elok pihak hotel tukar tilam tak berapa selesa untuk tidur. yang lain semua ok. parking kena bayar didalam kawasan hotel. terima kasih en Danish Ali yang byk bantu saya semasa checkin dan checkout.

Not easy to find as the map only shown Z hotel instead Pillow & Swing. The room quite spacious. But, The room near to air compressor, noise from that corridor quite loud. Others, facilities okay

Smooth communication with the receptionist (night shift), he knew well about customer service as a frontline. The accomodation provided is very good but one think bothered me is the running water from the water tap is slow. Management should check regarding this matter. Need to improve the cleanliness because on the desk that the hotel provides electric kettle and mug are very dusty. I believed the cleaning team didn't check these area since not all customer will be using it.
