Everything was great just that our room didn’t have city view. We paid extra for city view but we didn’t get it 😅😅😅. Might as well just pay cheaper. So that’s the only downside

객실 습하지않고 뽀송하고 조식 뷰 좋습니다 조식 늦게가면 음식이 많이 없다고 하는데 평일인지라 그런지 모자라지않았어요ㅠ전체적으로 만족

早餐豐富好吃，服務人員熱心親切，價錢合理 CP值高，附近有超多咖啡店，100公尺內的最少有10家以上，可體驗很多不同的咖啡

酒店風格獨特。前台接待挺好，一下車馬上幫你拿行李，熱情招呼。加微信交代酒店設施。窗台有綠植垂下感覺小清新，這個小鎮有好多風格不錯的小型酒店。早餐環境很好。可以看到法式風格屋羣

One of the most affordable and pleasant hotels in the highlands of Da Lat City. Thanks to the cool climate, air conditioning isn’t needed—only a fan is provided, which is more than sufficient. The hotel offers a very good breakfast, and its convenient location makes it easy to explore this resort-like city, especially during the hot summer months.

조식이 베트남식 위주여서 입맛에 맞는 게 별로 없었어요. 아이 숙박 추가요금을 지불했는데 생수를 2병만 줬어요. 바깥이 시원해서 창문을 열고 싶었는데 방충망이 없어서 불편했어요. 식당 뷰는 좋았어요.

首先房子很漂亮，餐廳景觀台設計的好看，可以看到大叻城區全景，服務態度很友好，前台小姐姐很甜美，還幫我提前一小時辦理了入住（因為看我一直在酒店等待）；位置好，出行方便。 我的房間是帶陽台的，會有些吵，隔壁有雞和狗… 大家儘量訂高層一點的房間；並且隔音一般，會聽到隔壁的水龍頭和花灑開啟的聲音；除此之外，我都非常滿意，大叻很美，下次還來！！

I recently stayed at this fantastic new hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort and relaxation. Every toiletry you could need is thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with a wide variety of eateries just steps away. One highlight is the restaurant on the 4th floor, which not only boasts a stunning view but also serves an amazing breakfast with a diverse spread that changes daily—there’s something new to enjoy every morning! The restaurant staff are exceptional, always courteous, smiling, and eager to assist, which made every meal a delight. My only minor gripe was that the TV featured only Vietnamese programs, but that barely detracted from the stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, keeping me connected with ease. Plus, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful in arranging day tours to nearby attractions, making exploration a breeze. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

千萬不要定這個酒店，我們定了個無窗房，沒想到竟然在地下室，當天下午checkin後在房間躺了半小時，脖子上起了紅疹子，然後出門過了半小時疹子消退了就沒當回事。晚上回酒店睡了一小時，渾身又起疹子，然後立馬出門告訴前台，要求換床單；然後我們打車去了pharmacy，醫生告訴我們這是過敏了，開了塗抹的葯和吃的葯。於是我們返回酒店後要求換房間，酒店堅持不給換，如果要換房間就必須加錢，服務非常差！首先，在我們預訂之前，酒店沒有在永安上標註房間在負一樓，其次，過敏事情發生後，酒店第一反應是推卸責任，而不是關心客人情況，我真的很疑惑這酒店的好評都是刷的嗎？？？隔音特別差，在房間能清清楚楚聽到隔壁説話聲。我們和前台溝通時要求他打電話給老闆，告知我們的情況，這家酒店老闆的反應更是無語，給我們兩個選擇：回到原來的房間或者加錢換房間。我手機裏有和你們酒店的全程溝通視頻，建議你們立即在全部的預訂軟件上説明你們的房間在地下室，不要在欺騙別的客人了，不然我就在agoda和Google上給你們差評！

Location is great close to lots of tourists attractions. Staffs were friendly as well. The rooftop dining area has a perfect view of the city. You can grab a cup of coffee and chill there for the entire morning! The rooms are big with superb cleaningness. The only thing abt the rooms could be the penetrating noice from outside. Not really sound proof. Especially if there are people waking up early, even their footsteps can be heard.
