The hotel is very nice , clean and design was great. I came to Dalat with my family and stay in one room alone , the room is bright , clean and safe. Welcome fruit is sweet. The breakfast choice was not much , but taste is very authentic and the dish changes everyday so travelers can try different local food. The breakfast always have 2 choices of soup or noodle which cook on the spot by chef , it is very tasty especially beef pho . Service of the hotel is good and friendly. I will definitely stay here again if visit Dalat.

大叻尼亞酒店（NIA Hotel）是一家新建的精品酒店，整體裝潢現代典雅，服務細緻周到，許多住客稱其為“大叻最好的酒店之一”。酒店位置便利，距離市中心步行約15分鐘，周邊安靜，適合休息。房間寬敞整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，部分房型還配有陽台和城市景觀。早餐品質出色，提供現做越南特色菜、鮮榨果汁和多種糕點。 服務方面，員工友善熱情，能主動滿足遊客需求，如提前安排早餐、提供水果包、借出摩託車頭盔等，細節之處令人印象深刻。酒店還提供免費停車位、健身房和接駁服務，性價比高，適合追求舒適與貼心服務的旅客。

NIA HOTEL DALAT – Simply the Best! One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! From start to finish, they truly cater to your every need with such thoughtfulness and care. Even after check-out, they surprised us by packing fresh fruits and drinking water for our 永安 to the airport, such a sweet gesture that shows how much they go above and beyond. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and luxurious, with the most comfortable bed and pillow ever (you’ll have the best sleep of your life!). The Dalat city view from the room is simply breathtaking! But what makes NIA Hotel stand out most is their incredible hospitality. The staff are extra friendly, warm, and genuinely caring, you feel like family from the moment you step in. Full stars, highly recommended! Love, love, love this place. Can’t wait to be back! 🤩

NIA Hotel completely exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful in every interaction. Our room was massive, spotless, and beautifully finished - a high end boutique hotel experience we weren’t quite expecting in Da Lat. What really blew us away were the thoughtful touches: they packed us a little travel bag with fresh fruit for our onward journey, and even shifted breakfast earlier just to accommodate our early flight. The breakfast itself was next-level — think freshly pressed juices, daily selection of pastries, hot Vietnamese dishes made to order, and yes, even caviar! When our motorcycle helmet broke, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer one of their own personal helmets so we could ride safely. It’s rare to find this level of care and service anywhere, let alone at such a reasonable price. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend NIA to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and a touch of luxury.
