Когда бронировали номер, на фотографии было окно, но мы жили в подвале, это окно выходит на стену, шумоизоляция никакая, за стеной кто-то смотрел телевизор, очень громко, две ночи подряд невозможно спать без бирушей, открыв окно постоянно течет какая-то вода, запах туалета распространяется на всю комнату, сырость и холодно ночью, ремонт хороший, но всё остальное оставляет желать лучшего, на жалобы предложили другой номер за дополнительную плату 🤷♀️

這家更偏向於homestay，就是一棟小樓，前台衹有一個人的那種，之前預訂的時候還以為是大酒店… 我們住的三樓的最大的房間，空間挺大，早上推開窗戶外面風和日麗，小鳥嘰嘰喳喳的，很舒服。酒店也遠離主幹道，較安靜。 但是房間隔音不太好，有的房門居然有很大的縫隙… 酒店的拖鞋也顯得臟臟的，大家還是自帶吧。 有摩託車租，沒有自行車…網上訊息有誤。。

Tried to stick me in a room with a window facing a wall - basically a windowless room. Looked nothing like the first 5 pictures but conveniently the last two pictures showed this room. Very sneaky of the management and it's obvious you're trying to take advantage of people who are too polite to object. I am not one of these people so I refused and after minutes of arguing they finally gave me another room. An upgraded room! So if you stay here you're probably gonna have to bargain like it's a market to get something decent. It isn't your fault they put rooms in the basement and rightfully have trouble selling the big closet. I cannot deny the property is beautiful. My room had a seperate bedroom. Loved the TV in the room. I usually don't watch a lot of tv on vacation but it streamed YouTube and Netflix so smoothly I couldn't resist at night. Internet was fast. Beds felt new and offered the perfect level of softness. Fridge was huge and cold. There was a stovetop but I didn't use it. Lots of closet space if you stay long term. Hotel staff was friendly but unresponsive to WhatsApp messages and delivered my laundry much later than agreed upon. It's obvious they're uninspired employees and having been in this position many times in my life I can empathize. Despite all this I'd still recommend staying here just don't let them force you into the bait and switch.

前台小美女人美心善，別墅很新，位置優越。乾淨衞生。非常滿意！附近的粉也非常好吃，一天連續過去吃了四頓，推薦！

I arrived at the hotel before 6 AM because my bus arrived early, and the gate was closed. As soon as I contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded immediately and even allowed me to freshen up. Although the official check-in time is 2 PM, they kindly let me check in at 12 PM. Both receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk, and the hotel is only 10–15 minutes from Xuan Huong Lake and the night market. Overall, an excellent stay—I would definitely choose this place again when I return to Dalat!

The Hotel room I had was amazing, a big and comfortable bed and a waterfall shower. The hotel is very modern and clean. I liked the location as it was in a quiet spot and then a quick walk to the restaurants, shops etc The hotel staff at the desk both morning and night staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay in this hotel again, I had a really good stay.

친구와 함께 새벽에 체크인하는데도 사장님께서 친절하게 기다려주시고 방에 조리기구 식탁도 다 있어서 머무르는데 부족함이 없었습니다. 신축건물이라 너무 깨끗하고 위치도 너무 좋아서 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 특히 집 앞 앉아서 커피 마실 수 있는 공간이 너무 힐링되고 좋았습니다.
