酒店非常不錯的，很新，距離市中心不遠 到Coaster滑道開車大概20分鐘，距離GO超市步行20分鐘左右 附近吃的比較多 房間設施ok，就是有點吵鬧 早餐就非常一般了，下次還會再去！！

Những bạn nhân viên khác cũng rất thân thiện. Và khách sạn Trang trí gam màu đỏ ở đại sảnh cả lối đi lịch lãm sẵng trọng. Sẽ quay trở lại ❤️

Khách sạn rất sang trọng, đẹp và sạch sẽ  Nhân viên nhiệt tình vui vẻ Khách sạn khá gần chợ đà Lạt có hơn 1km Một điểm cộng nữa là rất gần quán lẩu gà lá é Tao Ngộ nổi tiếng ở ĐL. Mọi người đi bộ tầm 50m, rất bất ngờ trong chuyến đi này, thật sự rất thú vị

The hotel is very modern, restaurant has terrace and hill view, very nice hallway with red n green decoration. Excellent room condition

I booked this hotel for my nephew during our holiday in Da Lat, as I stayed at another hotel while he stayed here. Unfortunately, during his stay, an accident occurred that raised serious safety concerns. On the second night, at around 10:00 PM, my nephew slipped and fell backward on the floor directly in front of the main lobby entrance, before stepping down the stairs leading to the restaurant next to the hotel. He sustained minor injuries. The accident occurred because the floor in front of the main entrance was wet, as a hotel staff member had been washing a guest’s car in that area and left water on the floor without any proper warning signs. What was most disappointing was the reaction of two staff members at the entrance. Instead of immediately assisting or checking on my nephew’s condition with concern, they simply stood and watched coldly while continuing to talk to each other. This behavior was completely inappropriate, especially considering that the accident could have resulted in serious injury. In addition, the lighting at the main entrance and inside the lobby was very dim. In my opinion, the overall illumination was insufficient and did not meet international safety standards, which may have increased the risk of the accident. I strongly recommend that the hotel improve staff mindset and service attitude, prohibit any car-washing activities near the lobby entrance, and upgrade the lighting in both the lobby and entrance areas to ensure adequate brightness and guest safety, as the front area of a hotel creates the first impression for guests and plays a crucial role in the hotel’s overall image.

Car Parking at the hotel is really inconvenient. You have to leave it at a parking lot quite far from the hotel and ride a motorbike back to the hotel. Then when you need to get the car again, you have to ride the motorbike back out to the parking lot.
