Hotel Zimmer war gross genug, nur keine Klimaanlage dafür einen Ventilator. Badezimmer etwas anderes in einer frei stehenden Badewanne zu duschen. Frühstück war ausreichend bestückt, zentrale Lage.

Ks 4* cơ sở vật chất hơi cũ. Nv lễ tân ít thân thiện. Sảnh ks rộng . Vị trí trung tâm . Bữa sáng ổn. Nhà vs khách sạn bố trí không hợp lí. Không ngăn vách tắm và bồn vs. Cách âm kém. View ok

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Never Return My stay at Western Hill Hotel in Da Lat was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Vietnam. While the room was fairly spacious, it quickly became unbearable due to the lack of air-conditioning—only a standing fan was provided, making it feel like a sauna. The soundproofing was practically non-existent, and we were constantly disturbed by traffic noise and early morning honking that served as our unwanted alarm clock. On top of that, the bathroom was poorly designed—after every shower, the entire bathroom would flood due to ineffective drainage, making it both inconvenient and unsafe. The service throughout the hotel was unacceptable. The front desk staff were rude and unwelcoming. Any attempt to seek assistance was met with unfriendly and dismissive responses, leaving us feeling unwelcome from the start. The housekeeping team was no better. Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign, they persistently knocked and shouted outside our room. When we did request room cleaning, it was done poorly—towels were not replaced, only refolded, and essentials like toilet paper, tissue, and soap were not replenished. The restaurant experience was equally frustrating. The staff were discourteous, often clearing our plates without even asking if we were done—even though we were still seated and eating. The live station chef repeatedly ignored our order for eggs, despite multiple follow-ups. The worst part: when we asked for coffee (which was being served directly to other guests), the staff told us to get it ourselves from the counter. When questioned, they shockingly responded that they only provided table service to Vietnamese guests, implying a clear bias against foreigners. This discrimination happened daily during our stay. Overall, Western Hill Hotel does not justify its cost, and I strongly advise against staying here. Between the poor facilities, terrible service, and discriminatory treatment, this hotel completely failed to meet even basic hospitality standards. Given the choice, we would never stay here again.

Reasonable price for 2 king beds, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Bed was firm and comfy. Facility was okay. May be because dalat weather, hotel seem did not have air conditioning at all.

Khách sạn chỉ có phòng VIP mới có điều hoà, nên ai ngủ với điều hoà quen rồi mà không đặt phòng VIP sẽ thấy không quen. Ngoài ra, cơ sở vật chất đều tốt và nhân viên nhiệt tình chăm sóc khách.

Khách sạn tương đối mới. Nhận viên thân thiện, dễ thương

Nice and clean but a bit old

房間的衣櫃太老舊了，本來衝著新裝修去的，結果裝修質量也不怎麼好，洗手間浴缸放水特別慢，馬桶蓋後裝的尺寸與原有馬桶不匹配，所幸酒店的地理位置還不錯，

Mọi thứ đều ổn trừ dịch vụ tiếp nhận. Đặt phòng 3 người nhưng bị phụ thu người thứ 3. Nhận phòng trễ. Đến lúc 12h khách sạn báo ko tìm thấy mã booking, ko giải quyết khách hàng phải liên hệ với 永安, hơn 2h mới được nhận phòng, đặt booking 3 người ko kê giường phụ nhưng phụ thu người thứ 3? Sẽ ko quay lại
