還不錯，一線海景，乘右邊還沒蓋起樓趕緊住，好歹有個側海景 設施：還不錯，電梯小 衞生：新酒店，不錯 環境：乾淨衞生 服務：很棒，很熱情

We loved our stay at Phuc Long Luxury, we got the room with the partial sea view which was fantastic to say the least, there's a convenience store within a minute's walk, and a lot of nice bars and restaurants within the area. Even though the hotel itself doesn't offer rental services for e-bikes, they spoke with the company I chose and arranged everything for me without me even asking, which was really great service on their part. The rooms were fantastic, nice and spacious with a large 65 inch TV. The buffet breakfast was never boring, and had a lot of choices that will suit everyone's taste. When we come back we'll definitely be staying here again ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

The complimentary buffet breakfast is consistently praised for its variety and quality. • Wellness: The hotel includes a full-service spa, sauna, and a well-equipped fitness center/gym. • Family-Friendly: There is a dedicated kids' club available. 3. Modern Comfort and Design Rooms are generally described as clean, bright, and very comfortable. They are spacious, well-maintained, and many guests appreciate the soundproofing and newness of the facilities, often including balconies for enjoying the sea air.

Thực sự rất hài lòng. Sạch đẹp. Đồ ăn sáng đa dạng. Gần biển view đẹp. Nói chung là rcm mn nên ở và trải nghiệm. Dv rất oke. Nhiều chỗ checkin

飯店位置很好， 正對面就是美溪沙灘， 還有一整排的海產店。 設施完善， 早餐比較沒有菜色的變化。 唯一不太理想的是， 浴室設計不太好， 防水簾並無法防止單體浴缸另一側的水， 所以浴室地板總是潮濕的。

Кроме того, что холодильник почти не холодит , всё на высшем уровне! Сервис , месторасположение , чистота , вид на море из окна ! Отель красивый, видимо новый. Еда на завтрак разнообразная , но не всегда вкусная. Но это каждому своё. Поздравили с днем рождения , принесли открытку и десерт в номер , было очень приятно ! На крыше есть бассейн и лежаки.

완전 맘에 들어요! 미케비치랑도 진짜 가깝고 이동도 너무 편해서 진짜 잘했다는 생각이 들었고 음식이나 커피도 좋고, 밖에 나가서 먹기 귀찮았는데 호텔에서 먹은 음식도 만족해요! 특히 조심을 정말 중요하데 생각하는데 짱맛...😄😄

Все было отлично! Отдыхали с сыном в номере с восхитительным видом на море!  Каждое утро лицезрели завораживающий восход солнца прямо с кровати 😊, рекомендуем не экономить и заказывать данную категорию номеров, не пожалеете! Отель новый с прекрасным современным интерьером, это точно не 4*, мы оценили его на 5*, не меньше!  Номер оснащен всем необходимым - косметика, фен, халаты, вместительный шкаф для одежды, имеются пляжные тапочки. Кофе машина, чайник, бутилированная вода! Номера убирают каждый день, меняют полотенца и за это отдельное спасибо 😊 Завтраки хорошие, без изобилия, но голодными не останетесь! Каждое утро национальный суп фобо, спринг роллы, яйца в разных видах, овощи (помидоры, перец, зелень, редко огурцы), фрукты (арбуз, дыня, яблоки, маракуйя, ананас), колбасы, сыры, очень вкусные нежные йогурты, которые подаются в стеклянных баночках с фруктами; воздушные вафли, булочки, кофе из кофе машины и вьетнамский кофе в холодном виде и горячий. Очень вкусные свежевыжатый сок из апельсина, маракуйя и арбуза! Все очень понравилось. Расположение отеля отличное, до пляжа Ми-кхе 2 минуты пешком)! В шаговой доступности от отеля много ресторанов, супермаркеты, аптеки, кофейни.  Выражаем огромную благодарность персоналу отеля - все на высшем уровне!  Наш отдых удался в том числе благодаря и вашему замечательному отелю 👍

I read your notes carefully. I was really upset when I found bed bugs in the room. 1. We said it was bed bugs, but the staff shook their heads. 2. They said we opened the window. 3. We didn't ventilate. 4. As you can see on the CCTV, we were in the room for an hour or two. 5. I was very upset when the staff tried to blame us. 6. They said they only changed the bed sheets. 7. They said they couldn't change our room because there were no more rooms available. 8. They saw bed bugs jumping on the wall. 9. We couldn't communicate, so we asked someone higher up to handle it. 10. The staff and I took a video and saved it. The bed bugs jumped up and disappeared. 11. It was really scary. 12. I think I should throw away all my clothes, bags and other belongings. 13. I have a travel schedule until August 25 and I am afraid to continue my 永安 because I am afraid that bed bugs will get into my suitcase. 14. I have not received my compensation yet. 15. I can move in with my family when I return to Korea. 16. They changed my room from 909 to 1003. 17. I booked Phuc Long Hotel because it looked nice, but I did not have a good impression. 18. I did not like the attitude of the hotel staff. 19. I would not have been so upset if they responded faster. 20. As you can see in the video I recorded, I caught 20 bed bugs myself, and the hotel staff also caught about 20 more. 21. After changing rooms, they asked me to talk to them in the hotel lobby, which we did. 22. I told them that I was afraid that bed bugs might have gotten into my bag. 23. I told them that if there were bedbugs in my suitcase, I might have to throw the whole thing away. 24. The manager said he would report it to his superiors. 25. I got three slices of watermelon, three slices of pineapple, ten grapes, and an apology. I wasn't expecting such a large reward. I was hoping they'd at least offer to do all my laundry. Bedbugs were found in the room, and they may have gotten into my carrier, but they didn't do anything about it. I think the way we provide service may differ because of cultural differences. It was very different from what I expected. I instructed them not to clean my hotel room because I didn't want anyone to come into my room. It's hard to understand what authority the hotel had to enter my room and leave fruit and a note. When I entered the room, it was cool. I assumed the hotel staff had stayed there for a long time. If you wanted to apologize, you should do it in person. Forcing open the door and barging in so rudely was wrong. I was even more infuriated. If you want to pass on a note, just give it to me when we meet in the lobby. This is so rude.................. I'm not a malicious commenter. I didn't want to ruin the rest of my 永安, so I didn't make any unreasonable demands on the hotel. I plan to travel around Vietnam until August 25th. This is my fifth visit to Vietnam. I enjoy traveling there, but I feel like this incident will leave a very negative impression. It's rude. It's disrespectful. I didn't ask for cleaning, so I'm asking them not to intrude on my privacy. bye-

酒店好新好靚，清潔度亦都十分滿意！所有職員亦都好有禮貌，出入會幫忙，而且經常打招呼，好親切！ 我哋今次住家庭房，雙大床（勁大）房間真係超大好寬敞，值得一讚佢落地玻璃一望無際嘅大海每朝早起身見到都會好開心，尤其是佢哋嗰張床好舒服好乾淨！佢哋嘅早餐選擇唔算多，但係絕對比峴港其他酒店好好多，嘢食好美味，絕對有驚喜！ 唯一我唔鍾意嘅就係泳池唔夠大，另外就係佢哋個房咭坐電梯上樓嘅時候冇先拍卡的功能，令人感覺冇咁安全，即意味着任何人都可以進入酒店！ 但儘管係咁，我絕對推介呢間酒店，因為佢真係好新好乾淨，同埋佢個早餐唔差！ 酒店附近有好多海鮮食店和按摩店，晚上還可以過對面的美溪沙灘散步和飲嚇啤酒！
