會安明珠 (The Pearl Hoi An)

Very big and clean pool with a depth of 1.2 meters, which is very comfortable for both children and adults. Excellent breakfast and nice service. We stayed in a three-bedroom room for 7 family members — the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is close to the beach. If you plan to visit VinWonders, this hotel is closer to it than Da Nang City. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Mixed Experiences at The Pearl Hoi An – 4/5 Stars My family and I recently stayed at The Pearl Hoi An for a week in mid-September 2025, drawn by its convenient location just a short drive from the enchanting ancient town of Hoi An. This made it easy to explore the lantern festivals, bustling markets, and tailoring shops while having a relaxed base to return to. The pool was a definite highlight—spacious, well-maintained, and surrounded by tropical greenery, it kept our kids entertained for hours with its fun shallow areas and loungers for us parents. The staff in the common areas were generally friendly, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes, blending local flavors with familiar Western dishes. However, the experience wasn’t without its frustrations, which highlighted some operational shortcomings. On our first night, the air conditioner in the master bedroom completely broke down, leaving the room uncomfortably hot and humid. We called the front desk, but their response was lackluster—they seemed disorganized and unempathetic, taking far too long to send help. A maintenance person finally arrived but worked noisily on the issue until 11:30 PM, disrupting our sleep and the kids’ bedtime routine. The front desk team really needs to improve their customer service skills; simple things like clear communication and a sense of urgency were missing, making us feel undervalued as guests. Overall, incidents like this left us with the impression that Vietnam, while beautiful, might not be fully prepared for the demands of international tourism in terms of infrastructure and service standards. That said, we’d still recommend The Pearl for its value as a family-friendly spot near Hoi An’s attractions, though it could use some updates to match its potential. One tip: Avoid the nearby coconut forest boating tour—it’s overpriced and chaotic, with pushy vendors turning what should be a peaceful ride into a stressful money-grab, complete with questionable safety like inadequate life jackets and unstable boats. If the hotel addresses its maintenance and service issues, we’d consider returning; for now, it’s a solid but imperfect 4-star choice in a stunning region.

ホイアン近くのビーチ沿いの立地で決めました プールも海も良かったです 部屋も清潔で良かったです ただ、敷地內の店舗がほとんど閉店(撤退？)しており、さびれた感じです 朝食會場も無駄に広く、昔は繁盛してたんだろうなと思いますが、やはり、さびれた印象です。食事は美味しかったです

시타딘 펄 호이안(더 펄 호이안)에서 너무 행복한 이틀을 보냈습니다. 숙소 컨디션도 너무 좋았고, 방에서 보이는 오션뷰와 침대에서 맞이하는 일출은 기분 좋은 하루를 시작할 수 있게 해주었습니다. 제가 다낭을 걸어다니다가 오토바이 발받침이 다리를 부딪쳐서 상처가 난 상태로 리조트에 도착했는데 상처부위가 살짝 부어오르기 시작해서 리셉션에 연고가 있는지 문의했더니 Dune 직원이 포비돈을 제공해주셔서 빠르게 소독할 수 있어서 상처가 심해지지 않았습니다. 그리고 다른 리셉션 직원인 NHU와 HIEN 그리고 이름을 제대로 못 봤는데 남자직원도 굉장히 친절했습니다. 또한 로비에서 맞이해주시는 시큐리티 직원분들과 응접직원들도 항상 웃으면서 맞이해주셔서 리조트를 오고 갈때 기분이 좋았습니다. 그 외에도 리조트의 모든 직원들이 다 친절해서 불편함이 하나도 없었습니다. 풀장도 잘 관리되어 있어서 마음껏 물놀이를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 조식도 메뉴가 매일 똑같지 않았고, 일부 메뉴들이 변경되면서 제공되는게 좋았습니다. 특히나 직접 잘라서 토스트 해먹는 바게트는 너무너무너무 맛있어서 하루에 두번씩 먹었습니다.

プールが広くリゾート感満載で、私達をはじめたくさんの家族連れが楽しんでいました。 朝食はレストランは激混みで雰囲気もフードコートの様で気持ちが下がったので、次の日はアンバンビーチまで波打ち際を散歩して可愛らしいカフェで食べました。 それはそれで楽しくて良かったです。

Второй раз отдыхаю в этом отеле, в прошлом году все понравилось. В этом году заметила: - отсутствие мини бара и халатов в номере - сомнительный вечерний bbq-буфет (мало еды, мясо холодное, мидии и устрицы с невкусным соусом , креветки маленькие…) - грязный бассейн Немного разочаровал отель, хотя локация очень удачная

Отличный отель! Внутри чисто, красиво. Большая территория, огромный бассейн (1.2м глубина всего). Красивое море, чистый пляж. Единственный нюанс - вокруг отеля ничего нет, улицы грязные, глушь. Но море и отель компенсируют. Граб доставляет еду за 15 минут)) завтраки отличные.

The room was fine and bed was incredibly comfortable. Shower would jump from hot to cold many times while taking shower. We love the swimming pool area, amazing to go with kids. They have chairs at the beach as well, but the water was not so clear and clean... We did swimm, anyways, but our body got covered by a brown thing that we have no idea what it was... I hope it was just seaweed🙏 we enjoyed breakfast buffet, but coffee looks like instant coffee, I guess it's normal in Vietnam to offer this kind of coffee. On check out the hotel forgot to give us back the deposit (as we gave cash), and we just remembered about that minutes before our flight, we are still trying to rescue that money. Hope the hotel can get back to our requests. Overall I would recommend this hotel, especially for families!

衞生情況差劣，與事實完全不符，所公佈的圖片與事實有明顯直接的差距，違反商品說明條例，誤導消費者，因平台及酒店上公佈及顯示的圖片有明顯的差距，明顯誤導消費者，與詐騙沒有什麼太大的分別，嚴重損害旅客健康及衞生，不建議入住這間酒店，非常劣評

모든것이 완벽합니다. 다만 호텔 내부 일반 식당은 퀄리티가 떨어집니다 맞은편 로컬 식당을 이용하세요 가격도 배불리먹어도 50%이상 저렴 합니다. 1층 세븐일레븐 짝퉁 매장이 있으나 카드가 안되고 매우 비쌉니다 로비층에 있는 마트를 활용하세요 카드도 되고 가격도 저렴합니다
