宜必思快捷享德拉酒店 (Ibis Budget Dandenong)

真心一般啊，非常擠，服務也一般，房間裏連一瓶水都沒有

We were shocked to stay at very dusty hotel rooms during our Dandenong 永安. It caused us running nose, swollen eyes until the eyes turned red. In this condition, all of us did not get good rest over the night. We were forced to continue our journey with very tired faces for the next day. The dust can be seen clearly on the bed sheet, chair and kettle (pictures attached). We found some hairs on the bed sheet as well. We also discovered that the light in our room was damaged. The heater’s switch function not so well. We had to live in a gloomy and dirty room. It was really terrible for us to stay in this place. Besides, we noticed that the floor in front of the reception until hotel door entrance was so dirty. There was garbage everywhere on the ground (video provided). The hotel carpets were so smelly until we breathe hardly. Unfortunately after all these unhygienic environments, another bad things was we met most of the hotel staffs were unfriendly. I would highly mention that the hotel basic facilities and hygienic are not maintained well. The services given are not up to mark. For sure, we will never book any Ibis Budget Hotel room in the future. We will also not recommend this hotel to any travelers or guests. We strongly appeal your company 永安 delist this hotel - Ibis Budget Hotel (Dandenong) in your hotels booking list. Definitely it would spoilt your customers holiday if they book to stay in this place. We had really bad experience on it.

ibse酒店中最差的酒店了，和杜拜ibse差的太遠了，價格也不便宜

Same old brand line, thankfully cheap but seeing as it's Melbourne it was an older set up with step up bathroom not like the ibis budgets in qld being far better. The reception was yet another angry rude Indian that hates being there and expects royal treatment and can't do his job well. The place was rough looking and a Lot of junkie types staying there so not welcoming. Air con was set to low even it's 6° and no blanket so was cold. I was just tired from a 2 day drive so slept there a once off. Never again. Was worried about the safety of my car the entire time sadly.

I didn’t ate breakfast because I check out early, but for the facilities overall good.

房間比較小，衞生條件好的

the room is filthy dirty and disgusting. The floor is dirty (sticky and got dirts on the floor, they dont swipe or mopping the floor), the wall is also dirty, one of the corner of the ceiling is moldy. i even found remnants of chewing gum underneath the bottom of the top bunk bed. With the condition above we need to leave the hotel after 1 day staying there even though booked for 2nights. Thanks god the remaining night was fully refunded. Kudos to 永安 who help the process.

Price is ok compare to other stays but not worth for price, rooms and surroundings were not clean etc. But ok for low price since spending more than 100$ .

It’s ok in case of emergency , one day is enough because very small room and no tv remote control . It’s ok for one day. Staffs , well they are doing their Jo. It’s a budget motel , I don’t expect much. Above all it ok .
