丹德農舒適酒店 (Comfort Hotel Dandenong)

簡單湊合一晚

I have never had to write such a bad review before but we were so SHOCKED by this hotel where police visited on both days to interview guests. There was a screaming woman one night, strange knocks on our door late on both nights ( looking for a drug dealer???) and clearly drugged out leering men hanging around as we arrived. It is a welfare hotel, I'd guess. Lucky our battered ground floor room door had a chain as well as a lock!!As I left, one heavily tattoed guy claimed his room was uninhabitable so he shouldn't have to pay rent?!! Bathroom and beds ok and clean and parking.was easy. But we weren't told electricity would be out in the morning so left unable to shower and the small tv repeatedly acted up despite them promptly supposedly fixing it.Promised Garden views were a dirt track scattered with cigarette butts.It no longer has the promised restaurant or other amenities.There was also Graffiti on the fence and in our room on the framed print.The rooms' stingy single curtain had a hole in it. Toaster and microwave only on request. Extra $200.00 bond taken too. Their listing needs to be rewritten, it's totally misleading now ! This once good hotel now sadly seems low rent and positively scary to stay at. The staff are doing their best and were quick to react to requests but it did not make up for the atmosphere created by the apparently long-term / regular residents. New management and investment needed asap. So all in all it's an expensive stay for nights on the wild side!

The facilities are ok 👍

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated very well to our needs and requirements. I would recommend going there anytime.
