Situated right atop Batasia loop and close to Tiger Hills. That's all about the good part for this property. Rooms are terribly maintained and the corridors literally stink (most likely because the sewerage pipes from room bathrooms are accessible directly through the corridor floors. Even the rooms have broken handles, mold on window frames and a special case, you will find worms crawling bathroom floors in the night. While the restaurant food is good, the quantities are small and amount charged are on the higher side. We found much better option Mall road (Shangri-la Fine dining). Being unaware of the property, we had booked one room in the annex building. This looked terrible just looking at it. Situated at the front of the property, the views overlook a broken down shack. We requested to move this room to the main building and we're quoted an additional 2k per night. This hotel opened in 2012. It seems they have not had any maintenence since then. For the facilities they provide, charges are almost likena Marriott property! Avoid of you can.

Nice place to stay. The food was good and the view from the room was very nice. The hospitality was very good.

The location is excellent on top of a hill with the Batasia loop view and the wind and clouds makes the resort an idle gateway. The service staff was cordial and caring. A must stay resort at Darjeeling.

The view from the resort is wonderful.... location is great if u want a peaceful stay......food was also tasty.....the best thing was the staff behaviour... everyone from reception, cleaning, restaurant staff....all were really kind.

Anutri resort room was nice clean and spacious. It is wonderfully located with splendid view of Batasia loop. The morning view of kanchenjunga from the room was beautiful. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting darjeeling and also will love to visit myself again.

Location was fantastic, overlooking Batasia Loop. We could see from our huge window. Once in a while we could see Kanchenjunga through the clouds. Food was good. Amenities and services were excellent. The staff were very helpful.

Excellent view, food, service and hospitality. Staff at hotel were extremely polite and happy to help.

Well, if we bifurcate the lodging vs food, both were more than excellent Service however in F& B could use a little more polish I would also love to give a shoutout to Bhaskar, in Front Office Department who with his friendly attitude was always exceeding expectations in all areas

Stinking an odd smell of an old property, my way or highway at the restaurant-either you participated in the buffet at breakfast or go without one, lunch and dinner - were told that your a la carte will take time, no one to see us out at checkout, had to drag our two day stay luggage up two floors, placed the room key at an empty reception...

I’m really surprised how this stay got 4 star without lift, ramp, heater, AC and swimming pool etc. Hospitality of staff also disappointed. Road to the stay is really narrow and difficult for the passengers to reach. Water is filled in reused plastic bottles and when we asked for mineral water employees were arrogant. Really disappointed with the stay and never refer to anyone else. Food is also very limited and not up to the mark.
