very discomfort stay. And we canceled after one day stay there & requested to make my 永安 customer care to cancel another two days stay & return my two days money to my original payment mode.

First of all lift was not available,second room quality was vary bad,third was bathroom was not up to the mark just 20/25 sq ft…room service also very poor.Overall totally not satisfied at all. Thank you

Shangri la is at great location in Darjeeling. Your cab will drop you at its doorstep. All was ok. But washroom water was not flowing properly to the drain causing water to be collected in the washroom for long causing discomfort in using washroom especially when you are with your wife & child. Even after intimation this issue was not sorted out. House keeping didn't come on second day, had to call them for towel change.

The property doesn't have lift facility and also doesn't have lunch and dinner facility. Considering this the price seems to be little bit higher. But behaviour of hotel staff was really nice. Breakfast was good. Neat and clean. Location wise also good.

It was awesome experience with a great view in morning from window and breakfast was too good. Location is also very comfortable

Property is at best location, near mall road. Rooms are adequate size for our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids. Only problem is no in house restaurant, that's a big big minus while travelling. In darjeeling at nights in that temperature we can't travel for dinner.

Property location is good as it very near to mall road. However, cleanliness near front of hotel need improvement. Hotel is bit of old type need improvement from new facilities like kitchen facility. Food is not available in the hotel. Room heater charges are extra. Which needs to include in hotel facility. Lift is not available. Good thing is hotel having bonefire. Overall average hotel

Hotel shangri la regency, darjeeling is located just near subway in darjeeling at a 10 mins walk from mall road police point. It's opposite to bethany school. Overall, the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. However, they don't provide lunch and dinner in the hotel. Moreover, the complimentary breakfast is also not buffet. It's ala carte with either poori sabji or a loo paratha or continental non veg breakfast comprising of an omlette+ 2 chicken sausages+4 slices of bread. That's all. Apart from the food, the rooms are good. Room service 5. Hotel staff 5. Complimentary breakfast 2.
