Hotel's rooms are very clean and owner is very polite *** as well as their staff members are very co-operative. Overall my experience is excellent in this hotel.If I will go to darjeeling in future my first preference for stay at dekeling hotel. Thanks to all dekeling team members 😊

Hotel is strategically located near the mall and some of the popular food hubs like kunga, keventers and glenary's. Also taxi stand was just below the hotel which adds convenience for local tours. Well equipped and cozy mountain view rooms. Hotel staffs were very cordial and well behaved. One can also opt for breakfast and lunch options at hotel. However, dinner option is not available. Only disadvantage is one has to climb stairs upto 4 floors. Person who are aged and have fitness problem should look for other options nearby. Overall it was a great stay for us.

Hotel is on third floor, we have to face lot problems. Location is very Hospitality is marvellous.staff is very good

The rooms were nice, but there were no hot water as the geyser was not working most of the time. In a cold winter, hot water is one of the basic amenities which should be provided by the hotel, since i paid more than rs. 3200 for one room per night.

Not maintained properly even room service is poor, kettle hot water not supplied, charged room heaters but not provided. Room cleaning is very very poor.

Because there is no lift to go 5th floor, and roof top floor they have booked, this is very much overpriced, i am too much unhappy with mmt for hotel booking. But your driver mr. Subba is very very nice person and good driver. Thanks.

poor management all over, hardly tried to fulfill our demand regarding bed sheet change.. didn't provide shower gel. the manager did informed us about strike which was declared on 29th sept, now we are standing in queue when will be able to reach airport. we are going to miss flight at 6 pm. a great monetory loss, tension

My room number is 101 there was a big window from the window we can see that he use conjun jaunga in front of me but the sky was to cloud-but the sky was to cloud when i visited the place so there is no kanchenjunga the room is quite small there was no smart tv. Bed was so comfortable. Bathrooms well maintained but geyser is not working on last day. Hotel manager and staff are good.
