room as promised was not given. lights of room were not working. Bathroom door was under repair.Our request to change room was not accepted. Room lock was defective.Service was good. Hospitality was good.

The location was in the centre point of Darjeeling, in close proximity to all prime locations so that was convenient. The food was also good and in-room service was prompt. Only downside is we got a bathroom with a leaking washbasin.

Very comfortable and cosy rooms, pleasant staff, great food- it was a combination of all. Advantage was the proximity to Mall Road and we dint have to wait for taxi to go to restaurants or other places on Mall Road.

Rooms and bathrooms are very small. They have kitchen with veg only. Also the kitchen close between 8 to 8:30. They intentionally miss calculate the bill with extra amount. The Hotel staff take money for car booking and later on they never provide that or delayed with 2-3 hours. MOST IMPORTANT The location of the hotel is good very near to Mal but they have zero view from anywhere within the hotel.

Very good hotel. This hotel is very good for families. Our room 405 was very good. The quality of food is very good. Every employee of the hotel is very good. Thank you wonder woods boutique hotel 👍👍
