property was pretty cool with room view kanchanganhha mountain . staff was cordial with guest. over all it was pretty cool deal.but it was little expensive.

The location is nearby mall road but the worst thing is we need to walk almost 25 steps upright like climbing a mountain. Also rooms are not as good as expected like no proper maintenance, TV not working, Linens are washed one not a new and Smelling of **** all the time in room. The good thing is the staff is good and food is okay

You can not find the hotel . Even if you find the hotel you have to climb 80 steps. Rooms are not upto the standard.Not recommended.

there was no complementary spa service given. 700mtrs distance from mall road. you have to climb up the road and 80 stairs. no view rooms provided.

Even though the hotel is a little higher up the landscape with stairs, it was all worth the effort when you get to see the view from the room. The people are very kind and attended to all of our needs. Their food is really incredible! Their manager, Karan, even helped us adjust with a little trouble on our day of check out. Moreover, had an amazing time, almost felt like home! Thank you!
