This hotel failed to meet our expectations for a 4-star property. While the staff were friendly, communication in English was a challenge, which made our stay more difficult. Cleanliness was a major issue—the plates, our room, and even the toilets were not properly cleaned. The food, although reasonably priced, didn’t meet our expectations in terms of quality and taste. Additionally, the hotel’s overall design felt poorly planned, and it lacked the standards we experienced in other 4-star hotels during our 永安. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to the fullest

Kamarnya cukup luas dan kasurnya besar. Breakfast juga menunya variatif dan disebelah playground/pool jadi bisa sarapan sambil ngawasin anak main/berenang. Lokasi strategis di pinggir jalan ke arah batu, disekitarnya juga banyak kuliner. Minus nya : ukuran lift kecil banget , jalan didepan sangat ramai dan tidak ada yg membantu menyebrangkan.

lokasi hotelnya cukup strategis dan serba ada di sekitaran hotel, seperti pom bensin, atm, mini market, dll. keramahan staff dan kinerja staff dalam maintenance kebersihan hotel ngebuat nyaman juga. fasilitas yang diberikan sangat sepadan dengan harganya jadi cocok untuk tempat singgah saat main ke malang. sirculate udara di hotel ini sangat oke dengan melihat di luar maupun dalam banyak tanaman jadi makin terlihat asri dan segar ketika menyusuri tiap sudut ruangan. hotelnya juga ramah anak dengan tersedianya playground dan kolam yang dijaga kebersihannya tiap hari. goodjob
