A little hard to find..a liitle bit pricey..although they are near to malls and resto..you have to walk around 5mins to reach the highway

The front desk staff was welcoming, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. The rooms looked clean but smelled dirty. In the first room, we were greeted by a big cockroach, and later a centipede came out of the bed. We reported it and were moved to another, bigger room—but as soon as we entered, there was another large cockroach on the curtain. Because of this, we decided to cancel our stay and look for another hotel in the city, which was very tiring since we had just arrived with kids around 8:30 pm after strolling. Cleanliness and pest control definitely need urgent improvement.

The room is small but clean, with minimal amenities. Location is near SM Davao.. The apartelle has nice interior design.. Its value for money!

Great location. Walking distance to SM. Peaceful area. We had a wonderful stay overall. It was clean and the staff are friendly.
