Mabait ang owner and very accomodating. He is gery considerate also. Napakalinis pa ng place since my cleaner na pumupunta everyday.

Great place to stay especially if you are in a group and may privacy talaga since may mga curtains na nakalagay per bed. The security is also superb.

I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Condo Bed Space in Davao! The accommodation is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Sir Noel, the owner, is incredibly generous and attentive, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, checking in to see how my stay is going and ensuring I have everything I need. This place is perfect for solo travelers like me who also need to work during their stay. They provided a desk and office chair, making it very convenient to get work done comfortably. While it would have been even better to have a variety of lighting options, what’s available was still perfectly sufficient. I truly appreciate all the effort Sir Noel puts into making his guests feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find such a combination of cleanliness, comfort, and personal attention. I would absolutely stay here again on my next 永安 to Davao, and I’ve already recommended this place to my friends. Without a doubt, I’m giving Cozy Condo Bed Space a full course rating! 😊✨

Staff especially at the lobby are not in good manners. Im asking something but they just  answering me while touching their phone and playing games,sitting down and not seriously facing you with politeness. Im working at the hotel too. So I just observed. I felt frustated.

Delivers in all the ways it promised. This is my third time staying here and it's quickly becoming my go to stay when I'm in Davao. Location? Chef's kiss. It's located right in the heart of the city. It's only a couple hundred meters from Abreeza and one jeepney ride away from the other malls (GMall, SM Lanang and SM Ecoland). Check-in is convenient and quick. The unit itself has been very clean in the three times I've been there. Guests check out regularly so the room usually gets cleaned daily. Privacy hasn't been an issue with the privacy curtains. I really appreciate the study space as well, particularly the chair. It's a very comfortable chair. Airconditioner is working perfectly. There's a balcony if you need to hang clothes out in the sun. Favorite place in the room is the bathroom. Clean bathroom with a bidet, plus heated shower and faucet. Of course, there are trade offs in the sense that you don't have absolute privacy and you have to tread lightly for other guests which is expected for the price. Absolutely best value for money in all the places I've stayed at in the city.

Kudos to the owner for being so accommodating. Location wise - walking distance from Abreeza mall.

Worth it for the price if you are into capsule hotels. It is unlike usual hostels - they made it into two levels. Upper deck is the bed; lower deck is the luggage storage, cabinet and a desk. Spaceous for a capsule hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ivory Residences. The rooms were clean, modern, and offered a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and provide a timely updates to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

I had a very comfortable and convenient stay at this condo bed spacer. The place is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the privacy curtain and personal storage space. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were both strong, and the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) were regularly cleaned. The location is perfect — close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The host/landlord was very responsive and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for students, young professionals, or anyone looking for a budget-friendly but decent place to stay in the city!
