It seems like no pest control was done at all and the housekeeping is terrible. I took pictures of the cockroaches, but I can't bring myself to post them. If the hotel sees this, please think about the customers.

maganda Ang location malapit sa mga bilihan Lalo na sa sm. malinis Ang room, comfortable Ang mga bed kaya mka relax ka tlga.. thank you grand regal sa uulitin🤗 next vacation nais ko parin mag stay sa hotel nyo.😊

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Regal Hotel in Davao City. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was fast. The room was clean, spacious, and had basic amenities like a TV, mini-fridge, and good Wi-Fi. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of tasty Filipino and international dishes. Although the air conditioning took a while to cool the room and some areas looked a bit old, the overall experience was relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Davao for business or leisure.

The only i dont like is the staff that I'm asking for the reciept, she told us because we booked on you website you are the one to give ask the reciept I think thats not correct? right? Im asking you to send us the reciept ? the reciept ( OR or SI of The Grand Regal Hotel) Thank you, Renel Jean Fajardo

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive. Even though we checked in nearly an hour later than the agreed time because of unforeseen delays, it did not negatively impact our experience at all; everything else was simply perfect. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the food deserves a solid 10/10.

We loved our stay! The Grand Regal hotel staff are very kind and warm. The food is good! Our only comment is the extra bed. We were expecting a bed like the ones inside our Deluxe rooms. Or at least a comforter for the extra bed for extra warmth.
