We arrived early and were allowed to check in at 12 noon instead of 2 pm – very accommodating. The room, sheets, and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Bathroom was clean, with a small partition separating the toilet and shower. Hallways were tidy and well-maintained. There’s an elevator, which was convenient since our room was on the 3rd floor. Staff were friendly and courteous – from the receptionist to housekeeping, always greeting us with a smile. Great location – within walking distance to Gaisano market, People’s Park, and Roxas Night Market. Close to Sta. Ana Wharf, perfect for island hopping 永安s. Recommendations: It would be nice to have more toiletries provided (like toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers). A kettle or small water heater in the room would be convenient for guests. Some soundproofing improvements could help reduce hallway noise for lighter sleepers.

Room was very clean, though a bit small. It would relly help if they added a foldable table or anything where we could place our things on instead of the floor. But the location was really good. Riding a jeepney or taxi is a breeze. All in all, it was a neat little hotel. I havent tried their food, but it seems good. Will try next time I book.

ロケーションはとても便利でした。シャワーはお湯もでますが、床が水浸しになります。今回のチェックアウトの際に身に覚えのないピローケースが汚れているとのことで、ペナルティを200ペソ払わされました。不愉快です

For a budget friendly hotel in Davao City, this is a go to. Very accessible location to all establishments, restaurants, malls. Staff are great! They are hospitable and polite.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received. I arrived at around 2 AM on May 5, and the receptionist was not accommodating—she seemed irritable and in a bad mood. One of her coworkers, a young man, was very attentive and even helped me with my things and assisted with my taxi. While in the lobby, I noticed her colleague had to wake her up from a nap. It was clear she was annoyed from the moment I arrived. She asked if I had a booking, and I explained that I had inquired earlier but couldn’t complete the form because my phone battery had died. She looked visibly irritated. I even mentioned that good customer service and a pleasant attitude are important, especially during late hours. It’s not right for her to be in a bad mood, and mag mog-ot just because her sleep was interrupted. This should be improved for the sake of other guests. We always book at Jotel in Davao, but this is the first time I've experienced poor customer service.
