Ich habe deluxe Zimmer gebucht aber es existiert bei denen keine deluxe Zimmer... das hotel heißt travelers inn und nicht reddoorz ... entscheide selbst .. du zahlst deluxe 20m² aber bekommst nur standard 12m² ... Handtücher total alt zerrissen und fusselt auf der Haut (bring eigene) Service.. sind zwar freundlich aber das war es denn auch .. inkompetent

An accommodation that provides basic amenities for business travellers. Got the twin room with queen-sized bed. I booked for a twin room with 2 separate beds since I know that they don’t have cabinets and I’ve got stuff for a week’s stay, I was planning to pit my clothes on the other bed. I was not informed about it unfortunately there are no more available rooms with 2 beds. My week’s stay is uneventful and peaceful. The bed, pillows and linens were comfy, with hot shower, an earlier model of flat tv, a pair of table and char, and a mirror. I felt safe enough with their keycard-operated locks, a double lock and a safety door lock lever. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they talk when you speak to them 😅. Kuya guard is very jolly and helpful. it also has water filter where you may get hot water for morning coffee. The place is in the center of this business area, with stores such as savemore and 7-11 nearby. The only thing that disappointed me was the special request which can be made thru 永安. Their answers are not definite. It’s always “the hotel will try theor best to provide…” it would be helpful if queries will be given a definite answer to help travelers pack.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!
