Location is good. The food was standard. They don’t have travel desks but they do outsourcing. Room service is to be improved. Very good hotel to stay at.

insufficient staff, untrained, no towels, twin beds for a single occupant, housekeeping number 44 not working, not so great breakfast. new property , will take time to be professionally efficient

Hotel smelling very badly. Room are not clean. Food quality very very poor. Room service very slow. Ac not working. Tv setupbox not charged. Breakfast quality less then standered. Over all bad experience.

Small room with very less services as per the price. They haven’t provided basic kits for shaving and brushing. Two times need to call them. No response by reception when you call from your room.

NJ Portico was not a good experience. The rooms are not properly cleaned and bathrooms are in bad shape with teared towels. According to the room charges it wasn't worth.
