Not clean enough and not as per the pic available on the MMT portal. Food quality was average. Not worth the price tagged

Although the hotel room was spacious and the staff were courteous, there was a musty odor inside the room and corridor. The walls of the room and toilet had few gaps and cracks . Overall, it's a good stay for transit when you have an early morning flight.

No clean, complete building is bad smell, the bed was not clean, washroom is not good, we been with family and we are not had comfortable stay.

The pictures what we saw through make my 永安 were old and present condition of the hotel is pathetic , there were honey bees in the bathrooms and corners of the room are not cleaned at all for how many days don’t know . And the restroom at the reception area was stinking

we booked the presidential suite. the steam area was wonderful. while the room was quite good, ACs were not properly functional. the room service was not very prompt and the food quality was not at all good. overall i would say it's average.

Rooms were spacious. Very very courteous staff. But overall the hotel is in a run down condition. A lot of things were not maintained. It requires major maintenance and upgrades to show it as 4star. The restaurant service was also slow.

Pool was a green swamp. Service was fine except they could only take card payments from domestic cards so they screwed around driving me to a gas station then an atm to make the payment for my dinner charges. Paid dinner was pretty good, included breakfast was pretty poor.
