We loved jsr hotel, from the welcoming at the hotel, the clean and spacious rooms, the clean indoor pool and amazing breakfast, we really had an amazing time here! thank you jsr team

Bathroom was smelling of sewage and the air conditioner was too old and noisy. Construction was going on with very high level of vibration & noise starting at 9 and going on till 6

The room had a clogged bathroom and the entire room smelled of drain and sewage. The ac made noise continuously. The staff made us change rooms thrice which itself is a major inconvenience. The last room that was provided had a working bathroom but with no hot running water. Food is highly over priced and below standard in taste. Though the staff were cooperative and immediately attended to the needs, the experience wasn't good at all.

Nice ambiance. Good welcoming staff & great location. Airport 25mins by cab or rickshaw. Nice room service. Restaurant is also good. Could have been lower the room charges per night.

this 3 star hotel in se part of dehradun is well located at the coast of rispana river and very well communicated to every part of the city and surrounding. ambience of the hotel can be well gauged from the entrance itself. the rooms are large enough having required amenities. the dining space and food quality are decent. the peripheral facilities like banquet hall, meeting places and lawn can be useful for any corporate and docial purposes. over all we enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to recommend. sudhakar mahapatra
