We were told that the room you are going to book has a Ganga view but upon reaching there they provided us a room which doesn't have any Ganga view. The staff was unable to help in providing/arranging/allocating the room as promised. The hotel location is quite good and staff was courteous otherwise.

Good location. We have booked with breakfast at the time of booking before 03 months, but time of checking hotel make kuchen renovation. Hotel management provide lunch and adjust against our breakfast charges. Good support for service and also guide for sightseeing. Thanks to mm t for given good choice.

The rooms were clean. The property has a seating area with an amazing view of river ganga. Staff and the owner are super cooperative and try their level best to help. Great service and super recommended.

Dirty bed sheets and pillow cover on arrival, no one to change that as the staff went away, only one person was there as staff, rude behaviour no kuchen available u can’t even have tea smelly rooms wd seapage issues. Smaller rooms. Overall it’s a bad experience

A smaller room in name of delux room in there other hotel ganga view stating short circuit and other reason also doesn’t understand this business as that was a weekend rush they have given my room to someone else and me shifted to other hotel. That was worst. I was not given property i selected rather another property of them which was not up to mark and available on cheaper rates the day i selected. That was not expected as i was a solo travelers i didn't wanted to enter into argument and waste my holidays. I will request to refund my amount. Though i have stayed over there. But not at same property

Room was very nice with all amenities and appropriate cost. The food was tasty and homely, the staffs were appropriate, polite. Overall stay rating is 10/10. The location is near main area.
