Very bad experience. Они сказали, что мой номер будет готов через 4 часа, а после сообщили, что моего номера не было и не будет в наличии. Но зарегистрировали меня, поэтому списали оплату за первую ночь. Но я не стала оставаться, там очень грязно и шумно.

Отель находится в 15 мин на такси от аэропорта.Персонал великолепен,пытался помочь во всем.Встретили меня из такси,забрали 3 чемодана,чаевые не выпрашивали.У меня была оплата онлайн,но будьте внимательны,в отеле нужно доплатить 4,36€ это 500 рупий.В комнате новый ремонт,но это дешевый индийский отель,естественно грязно.Полотенца сразу не положили,по запросу дали влажное полотенце,потом высушили его утюгом не до конца😅Мунсун,ничего не сохнет 😃Кондиционер включили по запросу.Вода горячая была.Постельное белье грязное с волосами,пододеяльник снизу порван.Номер к моему приезду в 18.00 не был готов,ждала полчаса когда пройдет уборка.По факту полы грязные,постельное белье не заменено после предыдущих гостей,везде липко,на подоконнике куча бычков.В номере дико воняло химией будто травили тараканов.Возможно удаляли запах сигарет.В отеле можно заказать едуПри всем этом,побывав во многих отелях в Дели и других городах Индии,комната новая,сойдет на одну ночь

Pictures shown are not even close what hotel actually appears to be, totally misguided and misleading , mere opportunistic and inappropriate depiction. During mid of night AC was turned off in a even that i was allotted with with not even a single window. Breakfast included :- meant just a cup of tea which tasted close to water, inshort breakfast denied, room untidy, location pathetic and mere waste of money , way too expensive compared to facilities provided. Please refrain from any bookings

細道にあり、宿泊料金とは別に、現地払いをタクシー代や市税等だと言って、過剰請求されますのでご注意ください。設備は色々と壊れてます。

Overall ok if you search for decent place for rest..but the location is bit far from main road..bit difficult to access on peak hours

This is the worst experience i had since i am traveling. First of all they overcharged me for city tax and deposit. Their rooms aren’t clean, cockroaches everywhere. They charge me a room with breakfast, now see what they serve as breakfast. And all combined the manager and staff are rude and disrespectful. They are discriminating against people. I don’t recommend this hotel to nobody

Horrible! Pictures posted on the app are FAKE! The hotel provides a different location which amidst dirty streets. The rooms were extremely unhygienic, hair on the pillows, wet and filthy washrooms and dirty linen. Please do not get fooled by the low prices offered. It’s a scam and should be taken off from 永安

This hotel is very good, cleanliness was taken care of a lot, the staff was very good, the food was also very good, it is worth the money, I would recommend you to visit this hotel once.

Room looked nothing like in the photos. It was not cleaned at all, bed linen was dirty, access to hotel was congested. Bad service. Small and dirty room with mosquitos.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Soft beds, great showers, the best travel desk I ever had the pleasure to do business with. Kindest driver too. 永安 to Agra to see Taj Mahal was done without hassle. And everything in Delhi I wanted to visit
