I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations. The service was also top-notch—staff members were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. However, there was a small issue during check-in. I had booked a premium room, but they initially tried to give me a luxury room instead. Fortunately, upon my request, they quickly resolved the matter and provided the correct room. While this was a minor inconvenience, I appreciate their willingness to make things right. Overall, I had a great experience and would love to visit again!

I wasn't sure about this hotel and it was a lst minute booking. Even as we were approaching the hotel, area surrounding the hotel wasn't great. But as soon as we entered the hotel, we were in a different world. Truly world class hotel close enough to attractions and far enough from the crowded streets. Room is good size, beds/mattress confortable and choice of pillows. Bathroom is fab and best power shower i have used in india. Breakfast on fourth floor is great with enough choices and changes daily. Overall a very good experience, staff was polite and very responsive. On the last day, boilder developed a glitch and we didn't get hot water. We had to leave without h having a shower. Hope that got resolved quickly. Overall a fantastic world class hotel with very reasonablre price.

I have booked for premium room which was 300 sqft. But they issued me an economy room of mch smaller size and the room was very bad. Food in this hotel is very expensive and tastes less.
