託尼酒店 (Tony Inn)

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Despite having a fully prepaid reservation, I was shockingly denied check-in simply because I’m an international traveler. This policy was never mentioned anywhere during the booking process, which makes it feel deceptive. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, showing zero concern for the situation. Not only was I left without a place to stay, but I also lost the full amount I paid—no refund, no apology, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially given how many positive reviews this hotel has on 永安. I can only assume some of them are misleading or not reflective of reality. The customer service was appalling, and the management clearly doesn’t care about guest experience. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel, especially international travelers. Don’t be fooled by the photos or the ratings online—what you see is definitely not what you get.

room was good but smoking smells coming from curtens rest all good staff was polite and friendly easy to reach

Bed size very small not for height above 5'7. Bed linen very dirty. Location is good. Food is good. Little amenities as no restaurant & bar service

It was a family stay. Rooms were in good condition, washrooms were clean. The morning breakfast buffet had wide variety of options.
