Fast check in & check out. Reception staff very welcoming and addresses concern promptly. Room was great with nice sea view. International buffet for dinner with varieties of food to choose. Breakfast was great, had a nice meal even during high peak period.

出來遊玩無非就是睡和吃。餐食還可以的分量也挺大。早餐很豐盛，有很多馬來當地的美食。很喜歡吃anchovies 。房間挺寬敞，床和枕頭都挺軟。但是地漏走水不暢，找師傅疏通了還是挺堵的。 我們沒租車，所以就紮在酒店裡過的。但是真的很放鬆，吃吃喝喝玩玩水。適閤家庭親子出行的酒店

westin hotel地理位置優越，環境很美。早餐食物很多選者，可惜我沒有時間去吃它們家的燒烤。我們的房間是面向海邊，房間很大，也睡得很舒服。

The room is clean, staff is friendly. The most important things are the morning breakfast buffet has various choices and is super delicious. The staff helps me to upgrade to Tropik view even I book garden view thru 永安. Will come back again. And also I like their private beach.

整個酒店朝東，在陽台上可以看見海邊。一家人出行，提前跟酒店溝通，如願有連通客房。 早飯很豐富。 特別想要表揚的是酒店的first aid，長者在新山傷了腳趾蓋，很認真很負責態度很好的上門換葯。 趕上了週四的elite member活動，簡簡單單，但是通過幾波人的聊天，發現她們很在意客人，竟然有被記住。 很滿意很滿意～

The environment is beautiful and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly when I checked in, and every staff member had a warm smile, which made me feel very pleasant. The hotel facilities were all well-maintained and very clean. I had a special request for some decoration when booking, and the arrangement exceeded my expectations—it felt very thoughtful and ceremonial. The food at the hotel was also delicious, especially the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices and was clean and hygienic. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back again.

The warm welcome, top-notch service, and breathtaking views set the tone for an unforgettable stay. I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I had to—because the staff here are truly exceptional. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. Their dedication to guest comfort really stood out. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering something for everyone. From Asian and Western cuisines to smoked fish and a variety of cheeses, the spread was impressive and delicious. Our room was incredibly comfortable—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The Westin Desaru Coast Resort exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway with great food and even better service, this is the place to be.

Overall the stay is good. If you are looking to recharge and chill, I do recommend. I enjoyed the food as well as the hospitality of the crews. For improvement, some of the amenities are dated. It will be good to enhance these amenities. Suggest to have live music at night. Beach area (not sure if this is within the hotel's control), but it will be good to revamp the whole beach area, making it a cleaner and more comfortable place to catch sunrise and for more beach activities. I see a lot of potential for the hotel to improve on. Keep up the good work!
