The hotel is located quite far from both New Digha Beach and the station. Additionally, the service is very slow and the cleanliness is not good. Overall experience is not good.

Food quality excellent.The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Hotel staff have smiles on their faces but no service. You won't get anything before 7:30 in the morning, and you won't get anything before 6:00 in the evening. I booked the hotel because it was a pet-friendly hotel. Otherwise, you can get a much better one at this price. The condition of this hotel is so bad that it is not worth staying. I took a non-AC room because it was winter. The bathroom was unclean, the walls of the bathroom were dirty, the bed in the room was not comfortable to sleep in. There was no difference between the wooden bed and the mattress. The hotel staff said that the non-AC rooms are like ours. But in the non-AC room, money is not paid for AC, but money is paid for all the other services. But you will not get it in this hotel. The geyser room was not hot enough. I had to spend three days there. Despite repeatedly asking for this, they did not change the room or repair the geyser. So what does it mean even if the hotel staff smiles on their faces?
