swimming was not maintained properly, the water was very unhygienic.room service was horrible and no staff was taking care of us.

The rooms were big and clean. Nagoa beach was close to the hotel. Food was tasty. You can see love birds near dining area.

Hotel room is not clean and unwashed pillows cover and bed sheet and unwashed water glass also. Overall experience is average.

Property and cleaning was good. Atmosphere also good. The food quality need improvement l. Other than that all was good.

Hotel service was good, but if i had approached the hotel directly, it would have been more economical.

Cleanness, room service, food is excellent most importantly staff behavior & support is feels like an family members not guest specialy jayantibhai

Rooms excellent, food taste average, room service also excellent, hotel need to put water bottles, glass, tea bags etc inside the rooms

It was worst hotel i ever seen receptions manager was toooo rude that he sought-ed and asked me n my family to get out from hotel instead of explain rule regulation he asked my kids i'd that much rudely that no one asked you at police station also after that so called owner also came by hearing our noises instead of to do ceas fire he also came n fought also when we wish to cancel-led booking they told get out and take refund from mm t its horrible experience i would suggest mmt to remove this hotel from watchlist so innocent ppl like me don't come in dangerous situation like this 3 to 4 reasons reception manager fought wide us kindly take note of it

Rooms were clean and hygienic. Veg food was also very tasty. Overall, we had a very good experience.
