椰林度假酒店 (Cocohut Resort)

Hotel is good and is at great location. Management is very strict about timings, like swimming pool closure at 8 PM, Dinner closure at 9:30 PM and play area closure at 10 PM. This is good for some and not good for many others. But there are some issues that I faced. 1. Commod was not clean, photo attached. 2. No wifi or any internet connection in rooms. 3. Room had smart TV but no internet connection, which made it useless. Only worked as normal TV. In my case, TV was not working initially and had to be fixed and started working later. 4. Swimming pool doesn't have stairs which makes it hard for seniors to come out of pool.

I would not recommend this stay for the people who will be coming to diveagar, all the staff is rude, food quality is worst the fried fish was raw, the entire hotel is very old, there are broken tiles in the swimming pool and and the maintenence is very low, about the room its like hell ...... the furniture is very old and dusty, there is a mini fridge and it contains only dens of coackroaches, there is very less lighting in the bathroom and everything is rusted and broken, the ac is in bad condition , only the bed is in good condition, all other facilities are worst, the pool ladders were broken and the tiles were broken too, zero privacy..... I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to rent a room here.... we had a very disappointing experience for the first time in konkan because of the hotel... They should completely change the staff and maintain the hotel properly.... Worst ever experience...

It was a good experience while staying at cocohut hotel while I recommend this hotel to other customer still child mattress should not be charged extra as we are mentioning child details while booking. But food is really good.

This property is located very close to the Diveagar Beach. It is situated in a very narrow lane adjacent to the beach, so parking was an issue. The staff however pointed us to some parking slots nearby. The hotel rooms are clean and the vibe of the place is good. The restaurant served tasty food and service was good. They also have a rooftop dining option but it's charged higher than the ground floor restaurant. They have a small pool situated bang in between all hotel rooms, so there is limited privacy. Also, this led to a lot of disturbance with guests and kids constantly shouting in the pool. The cleanliness of pool was average. The hotel is a decent option if you are looking for a stay near the Beach (approx 1Km away).

The property location is good and food better than average. But the wifi and refrigerator were not working in multiple rooms. Shower handle was broken in room number 110. Breakfast time was mentioned 8-10 AM but at 10.05 AM did not provide milk for small kid whereas breakfast gets ready around 9 AM.

Location - was ok , near the beach Rooms- below average for price of 6000/-, walls were damp and very small. Facilities - are ok, they have play area at roof too and at garden. Food - was delicious. Sea food is must to try. Staff were helpful and soft spoken.

Property is at good location. 5 mins walk to the beach. Parking space is very compact. Rooms are neat and tidy. Food is ok so can go for other options nearby. Overall Pretty decent and reasonable.

this is not a resort , not even a hotel. room is not clean , tv not in working condition. bathroom and main door knobs are not working. breakfast is having only 2 options. after spending they are not providing any facilities. only benefit is the beach is in walking distance

I was faced so may issue ,please find the below issue point for your reference . 1. Hotel is not upto mark 2. Wifi is not available 3. Room quality is very bad . 4. Washroom is yellow colour . 5. Swimming poll was not clean 7. Parking issue 8. Drinking water was charge-wale. 9. Complementary drinking water is 1/2 litter in room for two person but as per police 2 bootle . 10. Breakfast quality is not good . 11. Tv screen was broken . Also another issue was there at that place how to explain that thing . I have pay 5k per day for stay but that hotel is only 1-2k as per facility .

eveything is good but food is worst experience ever...very bad food , no taste...room is good and clean
