就在南十字星火車站旁邊，地理位置優越，室內免費電車換成便捷，出行非常方便，旁邊還有奧萊和超市，購物非常便利，酒店環境，衞生，服務等其他方面還挺不錯的， 還有付費洗衣房。唯一不好的體驗是衞生間洗臉池下水非常緩慢，刷牙都要等很長時間才能漏水完畢。

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Docklands! The location is perfect—right by the waterfront with easy access to public transport, shopping, and great dining options. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city and harbor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests I had were handled promptly and professionally. Amenities like the gym and pool were well-maintained, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in a busy area. It was the perfect balance between convenience and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne, especially if you’re looking to stay somewhere scenic, well-located, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

Good location, nice room, clean and good service but seemed like the bell at the entrance isn’t working well or maybe a bit difficult to ring the bell for the reception to open the door. (I checked in after 6 pm which needed to ring the bell for them to open the door)

Terrible experience – not worth $250 at all! This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The room is small, dark, and outdated. They joined two single mattresses and called it a king — horrible idea. It was so uncomfortable I woke up with back pain. The blanket was old, both bedside lamps didn’t work, and there was thick dust under the bed, clearly not cleaned properly. The bathroom was tiny with cheap fittings, and the toilet paper holder kept falling off during use. They also charged me $1 extra for a drink compared to the price on the menu — sneaky and dishonest. This place seriously needs an upgrade. I won’t come back, and I absolutely do not recommend it. Even budget motels are better than this!

The hotel lack basic amenity such as toothpaste, room slippers / single use slippers. The blanket is blood stained, when ask to replace, hotel side send a new thinner and smaller brown throw. Location is great, near to tram, train, easy to get e-hauling. A lot of food nearby.

We love the location of the hotel. Close to Southern Cross station, only a few min walking distance. Not noisy at all. Car park for the whole day is only $30 a day, which ensures you tell them if U need it. . Have laundry in the hotel, which is $5 each for the wash n dryer. Our favourite is the microwave in the room coz we can preheat the food that we take away. The room has soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. Overall will recommend for traveler.

Breakfast is ok ; cleanliness terrible . Chrome cast never worked . I reported it 3 days in a row . No solution offered . I guess maybe it’s a gimmick and hotel does not have chrome cast at all ? Motorway road work one night till after midnight ; hotel duty manager said “ no madam nothing happening !’ Towels changed but no Vaccuming or refreshing . Bed only made once in a week by housekeeping . Laundry expensive ; $10 for wash n dry . Reception had no coin to exchange even though their machines require coins . Location Spencer cross station . Convenient for my office but personally did not enjoy te location nor felt safe . Found better hotels sane price for next visits . This hotel I am afraid not again for me .
